Katie , Marilyn,Deja were all increíble to work with they took customer Service to the next level from the moment I walked in I was welcomed then they tended to my every need. I can’t recommend this chipotle enough definitely stop by.

I ordered mine from UberEats. This Chipotle forgot to add an item (steak) and I paid too much for it. Unacceptable, irresponsible, and lazy. Never coming and ordering here again.

I was extremely satisfied with my meal at Chipotle. Idk what everyone else is complaining about, my proportion size was amazing! Lots of food, for a reasonable price. It was absolutely delicious too, I got a bowl with chicken and my friends got burritos, and we were all very happy with what we got. The staff was very nice and were excited to help us! They were quick and efficient, but also made some quality burritos. The place itself was very clean, and had a very friendly vibe to it! Tons of parking out front, and it's located next to alot of places to shop, which makes this Chipotle a wonderful pit stop during your day! 10/10 would recommend, I love Chipotle, you can love Chipotle too!

09/22/2025 So here's the thing... I go to any Chipotle on a regular basis specially when it's my season to lose or maintain weight. When I came today for lunch the store were clean, few people was already eating so I ordered my favorite burrito bowl. I ordered both black and pinto beans with double carne asada, corn, queso, queso blanco, guacamole, and light lettuce. It was as good as always and the portion was generous. Tiffany did an excellent job helping me, I have no complain.

The 2 people working the front line around 7:45pm tonight were very kind and fast food was good! This is easily my new fav location when I’m carving chipotle:) Definitely worth the extra drive. Keep up the great work :)

Easy fast lunch. My son loves the soft taco BYO (build your own) plates. Comes with 2 soft flour tortillas, choice of meat he always picks chicken, then the 2 sides black beans and their lime rice. A small bag of chips and a fountain drink. Affordable healthy option for kids. I sometimes order it myself.

From 6 years ago: Friendly staff and fast service. Update 9/9/2025: I went to visit Chipotle 9/9/2025 at Northridge, CA (19332 Nordhoff St). I just wanted to commend Katie. She was working the line by herself, then also ringing up the customers. After the line has finally gone down, she then went to spraying and wiping down all the tables. Even though there were multiple people working, it looked as if she was running the store and was doing a great job. I am amazed at her work ethics and believe that others should follow in her direction. She needed no directions in what to do and was always working hard while it looked as though others were just kind of hanging around or in the back leaving her to fend for herself. When there was a line of customers again that came in she stopped wiping down the tables, went back to being the one working the line and ringing people up (of course after washing her hands). I hope she moves up into management position very soon so she can train others to be just like her and lead by example given the opportunity.
